To make an appointment for tax preparation services with the AARP, please call 207-806-2774 beginning January 12. Please call on or after that date to request an appointment.
Library staff is unable to help with any tax related questions.
Where to Find Tax Forms / Instructions / Guides
Pick up at the library:
- Forms and instructions, including Maine 1040 forms, can be printed off for $0.15 per page. Please know exactly what forms you need; library staff cannot provide advice.
Receive in the mail:
- To request Maine State Tax Forms in the mail, visit Maine Revenue Service’s Electronic Request Form or call Maine Revenue Service at 207-624-8475.
- To Request IRS Tax Forms in the mail, visit the Forms and Publications by U.S. Mail page on the IRS website or call the IRS at 800-829-3676.
